A crew of 13 WKU students (one from Paducah) are on a summer long 3,600 mile cross-country bike trek to raise funds and spread awareness of Alzheimer's disease affecting more than 5 million Americans. The team will be biking through Paducah on July 2nd.
A fundraising event will be held at Rolling Hills Country Club. The event is catered by Texas Roadhouse and includes live music, yard games, swimming, and an optional "symbolic" bike ride. The symbolic bike ride will held at the track located near Hendron Lone Oak Elementary School.
