My name is Daniel Aroh. I am a sophomore at Western Kentucky University studying Finance.
Personally, I don’t have any close family members affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I am riding because I have heard stories through friends, books, and social media about the terrible effects of this disease. Currently, one in every nine people over the age of 65 has Alzheimer’s disease. This number continues to grow through the years. I joined this group to put an end to this disease. One thing I have learned to cherish growing up is the memories I have made with my friends and family. Memories can be a source of immediate joy and happiness. I am fighting for a cure. I am fighting for the memories.
