Hello Friends! Today we are enjoying a rest day in the Salt Lake City area after a 9-day, 600 mile stretch of biking through Nevada and Utah. This stretch offered challenges including a heat wave and plenty of mountains. Click for full post!

Hello friends! After a challenging week biking through California, we have made it into Nevada and are enjoying a rest day on Lake Tahoe. We have spent the last 4 days climbing the Sierra Nevada mountain range through the El Dorrado National Forrest to reach a peak elevation of 8,537 feet. Click for full blog post!

Hello! We are happy to announce that we have completed our 45-hour car ride out to San Francisco (with a quick stop at the Grand Canyon) and begin cycling tomorrow, starting at the Pacific Ocean and going across the Golden State Bridge.
