Connor Armstrong

Hey! My name is Connor Armstrong and I’m from Franklin, Tennessee. I am a sophomore studying Finance with a concentration on Person Finance and Financial Planning at WKU. I currently hold the position of lodging coordinator for Bike4Alz Team 12.

I first learned of Bike4Alz from some of the riders that went on the past two rides. I was able to tell by hearing their stories how passionate they were about riding for a cure. I knew this was an opportunity and organization I could not afford to miss out on. Not only does this organization provide a journey of a lifetime, but it allows me to work towards something that has a significant impact. I am an able bodied person, so I need to serve others and help the cause. I am extremely excited, and grateful, to be on Team 12. I am eager to see what the future holds for the other riders and me.

This summer, I will be riding for people who have been impacted by Alzheimer’s. I have personally seen the catastrophic impact this disease can have, so I am passionate about aiding to the cause of finding a cure. I look forward to sharing my story with others and hearing others along the ride. I hope to raise awareness towards the impact of Alzheimer’s and to eventually. #ENDALZ
