Tanner Redmon

Hey there, my name is Tanner Redmon and I am currently a sophomore at Western Kentucky University. I am studying finance, concentrating in personal financial planning. I hold the position of bookkeeper for Bike4Alz Team 12.

I am originally from Goodlettsville, TN, a city just north of Nashville. I learned about Bike4Alz through a friend I had met at church. Initially, my thoughts were, “How do a group of college kids raise that much money, reach that many people, and make it back home in one piece?!”. After I learned more about Team 11, I realized quickly that there was something different about this organization and it was something I needed to be a part of! Following some of the members along their journey from before the ride, during the ride, and looking back has provided assurance for me and led me to join the fight. I am riding for those directly affected by Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.

Please join me as we embark on this mission and strive for a cure. We cannot do this without the help from people like YOU! Please keep my team in your prayers as we prepare to make our trek across the country. As a team, we are excited to play a role in stopping one of the deadliest diseases in the world. The pain and exhaustion that we will experience on our journey will never amount to the catastrophic effects of Alzheimers. I understand that this is not a vacation but a mission and I am proud to be a part of Team 12. #ENDALZ
